WORK PACKAGE N°1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
WP1 establishes the overall management framework of the CAREERS 4.0 project, ensuring timely implementation, high-quality standards, and the achievement of all project objectives.
A dedicated Quality Assurance Team (Q.A. Team) is responsible for monitoring and internal evaluation. The team defines all roles, responsibilities, and monitoring procedures through the Guidelines for Quality Assurance and oversees a continuous improvement system based on the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) methodology, applied across all WP’s.
The evaluation system combines quantitative and qualitative indicators (KPI), partner progress reports, and structured feedback from target groups and stakeholders. The Quality Assurance and Evaluation (QA&E) process involves active contributions from all partners, ensuring transparency, accountability, and long-term sustainability of the project.

The assessment tools are designed through a rigorous process of expert review, cross-cultural adaptation, and psychometric testing. Standardisation is carried out with a sample of 300 young people across partner countries to ensure reliability, internal consistency, and norm-based scoring. The results include the validated questionnaires and a comprehensive technical manual, supporting effective educational use and long-term sustainability, for practitioners, educators and trainers.
