Within the CAREERS 4.0 project, the training of career guidance practitioners brought significant benefits at both professional and institutional levels.
Practitioners enhanced their competencies in modern career counselling approaches, with a strong focus on digital skills, labour market trends, and Industry 4.0 requirements.
This preparation enabled them to provide more relevant, personalised, and future-oriented guidance services to learners and job seekers.
Through the project, practitioners gained practical tools and methodologies to support individuals in identifying career pathways, improving employability, and adapting to rapid changes in the world of work. The training also fostered peer learning and international exchange of good practices, strengthening collaboration among professionals across partner countries. As a result, career counsellors became better equipped to respond to emerging labour market needs, contributing to improved career development services and increased employability of the target groups supported by the CAREERS 4.0 project.
