The sessions highlighted the project\u2019s innovative approach to career guidance in the context of rapid digital and labour market transformations. Participants were introduced to innovative tools, methodologies, and learning activities designed to support beneficiaries in developing future-ready skills. It was established through Ministerial Order no. 4350\/2025 and aims to prepare adolescents (14\/15-18\/19 years old) for life beyond school. It supports students in developing self-awareness, manage their emotions, and make informed decisions about their educational and career paths. Through a competency-based and future-oriented approach, the curriculum strengthens essential life and career skills such as adaptability, social-emotional skills, communication, goal setting, while creating a clear connection to the professions of the future, shaped by digital transformation, innovation, and an ever-changing labor market.
