CAREERS 4.0<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The CAREERS 4.0 project aims to develop a novel conceptual framework and toolkit regarding career skills and labour market
information required in the context of Industry 4.0. In view of the ongoing labour market turbulence, it sheds light on the
importance of individuals\u2019 empowerment to successfully navigate labour market transitions, matching people’s aspirations
and skill with future job opportunities and labour market needs, while also boosting competitiveness, participation and talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CAREERS 4.0 activities include: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Development of Career Competencies 4.0 Framework & skill assessment questionnaires for youngsters (age 16-29)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Development of a Careers and Competence 4.0 Information & Assessment System:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a. digitized skill assessment questionnaires<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b. Career Information Tool Career presenting new emerging professions <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Development of a Career Guidance 4.0 training program & new adapted career guidance 4.0 methodologies and practices for <\/p>\n\n\n\n

career practitioners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CAREERS 4.0 project will develop a novel conceptual framework regarding new career Industry 4.0 competencies, as well
as adapted tools and career resources, so as to enable career planning in the digitization era. Overall outcome will help
prepare VET, career professionals and the end users to cope with the management of change, the achievement of career
adaptability & resilience and lifelong career development within the disruptive changes and transitions in the world of
education & work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
